This intensive 8-week program is designed to build strong culinary foundation skills through hands-on training and real kitchen practice. Students learn essential cooking techniques, ingredient science, flavour building, plating, and global culinary styles. The course covers Indian, International, and Non-Vegetarian cuisines, along with soups, sauces, breads, rice dishes, mains, and desserts. Each session focuses on professional methods used in commercial kitchens, enabling students to cook confidently for home, career, or business. By the end of the course, students gain practical skills, recipe knowledge, knife mastery, and the ability to create complete meals with restaurant-style standards.
