Eligibility

Our courses are open to individuals aged 16 and above unless otherwise specified. Some programmes may have additional requirements, which will be communicated at the time of enrolment.

Course Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment or the applicable advance amount, as communicated at the time of booking. Seats are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payments

Payments can be made online through our website or via bank transfer and UPI as communicated by our team. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Invoices will be shared after payment confirmation.

Course Changes

Culinary Craft reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient enrolments, instructor unavailability, or factors beyond our control. In such cases, students will be informed in advance and offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude in class. Culinary Craft reserves the right to ask a student to leave the programme without a refund if their conduct is disruptive or inappropriate.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, recipes, and content shared during training are the intellectual property of Culinary Craft and are intended for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

Culinary Craft takes reasonable care to ensure a safe learning environment. However, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our classes, beyond what is required under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
