MODULE 1 – BAKERY & PATISSERIE ARTS

A hands-on foundation in professional baking and patisserie. Learn to prepare a variety of baked products and premium desserts with perfect textures and finishes. This module covers doughs, pastries, cakes, and modern techniques essential for commercial baking.

MODULE 2 – CULINARY ARTS

This intensive 8-week program is designed to build strong culinary foundation skills through hands-on training and real kitchen practice. Students learn essential cooking techniques, ingredient science, flavour building, plating, and global culinary styles. The course covers Indian, International, and Non-Vegetarian cuisines, along with soups, sauces, breads, rice dishes, mains, and desserts. Each session focuses on professional methods used in commercial kitchens, enabling students to cook confidently for home, career, or business.
