I did the eggless baking course which was a month long and loved it ! The chef was great and the other people in the course were amazing and I still talk to them . The food taught was tasty ! The recipe book had a few typos but nothing to big . The tools we got to take home are very useful and the rest of the staff there is friendly and nice !
I did couple of bread courses with them and i enjoyed learning from both the chefs, Chris and Desmond. The entire staff is very warm and welcoming. If you want a hands on experience, this place is for you. It was an amazing experience at culinary craft. I would highly recommend it to aspiring bakers and chefs!
I had booked the whole pizza making experience for my husband on his birthday.. He loved it, as the place was too good , well equipped, had professional chef who taught every minute detail and the class was very interactive.
